Soma Intensives

A somatic healing intensive to heal the “I’m not enough” wound so you go from feeling like a failure, to finally owning who you are.

You have done some healing work like talk therapy and spiritual and alternative techniques but you are not getting the results that you expect, it feels like you are hitting a wall. You have this inner knowing that somatic healing is the next step for you and that addressing the body is what is actually missing in your healing journey.

My SOMA intensives are for you if…

  1. You struggle to make decisions and follow up with what you want, and need to check in with your family, your coach or your partner/s 10 times before you actually go for it, because you keep doubting yourself, and wondering if whatever you want it’s gonna work, it’s good enough, it’s worth it, etc. You feel like someone else has the answer, and that you would never be able to do it alone. You look outside yourself.

  2. You think that people don’t take you seriously, that they don’t care about you and what you have to say doesn’t matter. You constantly worry about what they think of you, you think they are judging you, laughing at you thinking you are a joke.

  3. No matter how much you get done one day, how much you have accomplished that month, after an immediate hit of satisfaction, you start feeling like it isn’t enough and you need to go for the next thing. You don’t feel like you are enjoying your life and celebrating, it feels like constantly doing and never reaching the bar that you keep moving.

  4. Want to just go all in for the things that you want, without questioning yourself, without asking permission to those around you, without second guessing if you are ready or if you are good enough for it. You want to trust yourself more than anyone and you don’t wait for confirmation anymore.

  5. Want to be very selective of who you allow into your space. You want to be able to ask for what you need and what you want in relationships and do not want to allow disrespect anymore. 

  6. Want to feel proud of yourself no matter what, even when you “fail”, or where you aren’t where you want to be, you want to have a inner feeling of love and compassion and enoughnness that feels rock solid. You want to know you are amazing, just because you exist, just for being, without needing external things to prove that.

Here's what you get

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Before our session, I'll make you fill up a nervous system and trauma assessement that will allow me to understand where you are at, where your physiology is at, and it will support me in creating a personalised roadmap and somatic healing session specific to your needs, and safe for your nervous system.

SOMATIC HEALING SESSION

We'll meet in a ZOOM session for a 45-60 min somatic healing session that will be focused on helping you heal the not enough wound, according to your initial assessement. The session will be focused on creating safety in the nervous system and releasing in a gentle and titrated way, to make sure we don’t overwhelm the system.

RECORDING OF THE SESSION

You’ll receive a link with the recording of your session, so you can use it regularly to do the work on your own and ensure results.

TELEGRAM SUPPORT

After the session, you’ll have 4 days of messaging support in Telegram with me, so you have enough time to ask any questions that have arised from the session of your personalised planned and so you can count on me for integration after the healing. We can also use this time to make any adjustments to the plan, to better suit them to your needs and current circumstances.

PERSONALISED PLAN

After the session, you’ll get your personalised roadmap with the break down of a step-by-step process, with tools and support to do the work on your own and support the healing of the “not enough” wound.

  1. These intensives are designed to be potent, to the point and targeting the wound “I’m not enough” to heal it from the root.

  2. It’s not about doing inner child work or having a big catharsis, these intensives target the body, which is where the wound is actually stored. We focus on safety and gentle release, to ensure that you are not re-traumatised and that you get long-term results.

  3. It’s not surface-level healing, but actually reprogramming your whole system.

  4. I could plan a session with you according to the questionnaire, and then in the session, I could completely shift and do something different if I sense that your nervous system is not ready. I’m not looking for big releases, I’m looking out for you. So I’m always gonna do what’s best to keep you safe, even if it means that aren’t able to go where we wanted to go yet.

  5. You won’t leave empty-handed, you’ll be given a link with a folder with your session and a personalised roadmap with simple strategies and tools that will support the integration and further process of healing.

  6. While these intensives are potent and a short-term space, they are still gentle, soft and compassionate. There’s no rush energy, there’s no survival in working on the wound. My foundation is always safety and softness no matter how long we have been together.

  7. While somatic work is based on science, I’m someone very spiritual and that shows in my coaching through using my guides, intuition, channeling, and energy healing… (only when it feels aligned for you too).

  8. I make healing work very easy to apply and embody. There’s no fluff or a feeling of “and now what”, you know exactly what to do and how to do it. I bring my type A, manifesting generator energy into my work to support my clients and make healing a bit more comfortable.
