Welcome to JCB Online English Academy.
Jcb Online English Academy is run by Jen Butler, a native English teacher with more than six years of experience teaching English to students of all levels and ages.
I started my teaching journey at an academy in Barcelona where I helped prepare students for the Official Cambridge exams. I also offered my services to local companies providing class of Business English.
Since then, I decided to move my teaching online (thanks to a little nudge from the pandemic) and have been successfully guiding students through the B2, C1, and C2 Cambridge exams and holding conversation classes with students from all over the world.
I now offer small group classes with a maximum of 4/5 students aimed at Cambridge exam preparation, as well as conversations classes for adults and businesses.

Meet Jen
I am a TEFL-qualified native English teacher from Liverpool, UK with more than 6 years of experience teaching students of all ages, levels, and nationalities.
Aside from teaching, I love my dogs, spending time in nature, and practicing yoga.
I speak English, Spanish, and Catalan so as well as being a teacher, I also understand what it is like to be in the shoes of the student.
I have many success stories helping students pass the Official Cambridge exams. With my knowledge, guidance, and endless material, I'll help you feel confident and ready to take the exam and pass with flying colours!

If it's conversation skills that you are looking to improve, then you're in the right place. I'm a compassionate and open-minded person who loves getting to know my students and helping them feel confident and capable when talking in English.
If you need to improve your English speaking skills for work, then I'm here to help.
I offer group classes for up to 4 students to help you with everything you need, and have a fun break from the working day.

If you have a specific goal in mind or prefer working 1:1 instead of in a group, I have a limited number of private classes available.
