NON DIET APPROACH

I don’t focus on losing weight, and if that’s your goal, this is probably not for you. We focus on building a lifestyle to improve your health and promote the healing of mind, body and spirit. We don’t restrict, or label foods as good or bad

LEARN TO LISTEN TO YOUR BODY

Healing through foods is not just about we eat, it’s about listening to our bodies and learning what it need and what is asking for. Our bodies are very smart and they send us messages, if we listen closely we’ll be able to access the medicine we have within.

PERSONALISED PLANS

Because we are all different, we all have been through different things, and we all might have different needs, I create completely personalised plans for you. Your own menus, recommendations, recipes, etc to suit your desires, fight deficiencies and promote overall health.

Here's what you get:

  1. Initial assessment - Before I create any plan for you, I assess your current state in depth to better understand you (health, antioxidant and nutritional assessment) . I want to know what your struggles are and what your strengths are, I want to know your relationship with food, the state of your nervous system. I look at everything from a holistic perspective in order to create the best results for you, that last long-term.

  2. Personalised plan- After our initial session, I’ll study your results and come up with a personalised plan for you targeting the areas that need support. You’ll have your own client portal to access all the documents, recipes, menus, and recommendations so everything is very easy to apply.

  3. Follow-up sessions- You’ll have my support even after I’ve created the plan with you because I want to closely check how you are doing, the results that you are getting, and make sure that we change things up and adapt according to how you are feeling and evolving.

  4. Messaging support- I don’t want you to feel alone while you are implementing the lifestyle changes, while you are transforming your mindset around food, learning to listen to your body, so I offer my clients messaging support M-W, so you can ask questions, open up with me and tell me how you are feeling, be able to be vulnerable and have me on your back pocket when things get difficult. I’m here with you.
